* Capped calls apply 24/7 anywhere,
anytime within Australia.
* All prices are for fixed line to fixed line only.
* 39c flagfall/connection fee applies to all timed calls.
* A 5% prompt payment discount applies to all calls providing bill is paid by due date.

* A 7% prompt payment discount will apply to customers who combine their Home Phone with a Switched On Internet bundle. The discount will also apply to customers with a valid Concession Card and/or if payment is made by the due date and/or via direct debit.

* A 9% prompt payment discount will apply to customers who combine their Home Phone & Internet together with a Switched On Mobile Phone.

Supplier – (doesn’t change)
Our service uses Australia’s largest telecommunications Network! All faults will be rectified quickly and efficiently as set out in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will keep the same phone number(s), no new equipment is required and there is no 'down time' on your service during the transfer to Switched on Victoria.

Retailer – Billing and customer services come from Switched On Victoria with a 5-9% PPD*
